Making
A Purchase -At the present time we are

You can also go through checkout and choose to pay by sending us a cheque with a print out of your order (last page)
You can pay through
immediate online credit card authorisation
(easiest) or you can send your credit card information via phone, fax, or
postal mail. You may also order and send us a UK sterling cheque
with your order details. This has to be a cheque
written in UK Pounds and issued from a UK bank. Scribble on a piece of
paper if you want and post it to us but remember - those wizards at the
Royal Mail increased 1st class to 39p and 2nd class to 30p on the 6th
April 2009. That is a 5p increase in 2 years.
If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your
credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

First of all, let us
make it very clear that we do not use Ships. Not to deliver to our
customers. We use planes mostly - although not to our customers. Trains a
lot. Automobiles - yes. But mostly people. No ships. Therefore...
Delivery to any UK postcode is £2-50 per order (including islands whether
they are offshore or not)
Delivery within Europe is £4 per order ---
Delivery outside Europe is £10 per order ---

Please remember that
the p&p price includes packaging and
posting (which involves more than you think) (Think Christmas in fact)
Delivery of your
order will be made by Royal Mail to all UK addresses. Most orders will
be posted within 2 working days, where possible. You will normally be
notified of order dispatch by email to the email address you give.
Receiving this email means your order has been posted or will be posted within
12 hours (depending on time of day for postal collections - remember
there are no collections on a Sunday anymore). Although I'll tell you one
thing..... if I ran the Post Office..... I'd do
this and I'd do that and I'd phone up Postman Pat (premium rate number no
doubt) and grrrrrr..... you
know. One thing you should know is
that most orders will fit through your letter box. No red cards and treks
to the sorting office (if you can find it)
However, please
allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of your order. If you are in the UK, make that a week. If you
still have not received your order after 2 weeks, please contact us by
email or phone. If you do not inform us that you have not received your
order within 31 days of the order date and your order status is
shipped/posted we will not resend or refund the order.
Tax
Charges
For orders made for
delivery within the UK or the European Union, 15%
VAT / TAX is included.
World Wide orders are TAX free and the actual price you will be charged will
be displayed after you have selected your country.

documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the
Internet. Credit card numbers are not held in clear text on any web site.
